We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to manage the sales function for our rapidly growing real estate business in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE property market, a proven track record in high-value real estate transactions, and exceptional leadership abilities to drive revenue growth, manage teams, and shape sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.Provide market analysis and insights to inform go-to-market strategies.Align sales efforts with overall business goals and expansion plans across the UAE and GCC markets.Manage a high-performing sales team Set clear KPIs and monitor the team’s performance Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Stay updated with real estate trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities in the UAE.Recommend proactive measures to maintain competitive advantage.Prepare detailed sales reports and present to the executive leadership.Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market and relevant legal frameworks.Proven track record in meeting and exceeding multimillion-dollar sales targets.Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English is required.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
