If you are an Arabic speaker with a passion for HR, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of employee documentation, orientation, and payroll processes, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Handling Employee Documentation: Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare and organize HR documents, including contracts and personnel files. Communication Skills: Effectively communicate HR policies and procedures to employees. Provide assistance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters. Orientation: Assist in organizing and conducting employee orientation programs. Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. Payroll Knowledge: Work collaboratively with the HR team to support payroll activities. Ensure accurate record-keeping and assist in resolving payroll-related inquiries. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Up to 3 months of HR-related experience. Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written. Strong knowledge of handling employee documentation, orientation, and payroll processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
