Paid Media Specialist (B2B SaaS)

We are looking for a data-driven and creative specialist in paid media to further strengthen the Demand Generation Marketing Team in our Dubai office. You will be working in a cross-functional team with the aim to deliver further growth for Easygenerator from a marketing perspective. As a Paid Media Specialist (Saa S), you will be responsible for: Managing our multilingual campaigns on Google Adwords and Microsoft Bing. Managing campaigns on Linked In and Reddit across multiple markets, with familiarity in different campaign types and optimization of various campaign layers. Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and opportunities to maximize ROI. Managing campaign expenses by staying within budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies. Providing clear, actionable insights through regular performance reports and making data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns. Collaborating with content specialists, designers, and product marketing managers to continuously optimize campaigns and landing pages. Performing ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization. Researching and analyzing competitor campaigns. Desired Candidate Profile Our ideal Paid Media Specialist (Saa S) will have: At least 3 years of experience in SEM marketing roles. Experience with social media advertising. A bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field. Experience in running search campaigns in multiple languages. An established track record of analytical ability to interpret data and insights. Experience with attribution modeling. Basic experience in running (A/B) experiments. A strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and driving ROI. Motivated, team-oriented, hands-on with excellent communication skills. Experience working within a tech and start-up/scale-up environment, preferably with a Saa S product. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
