Masters in HR We are seeking a results-driven Senior Paid Advertising Specialist with a strong track record in planning, executing, and optimizing high-budget ad campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in paid media, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset to scale performance marketing efforts across B2B and/or B2C environments. Key Responsibilities: Strategize, launch, and manage high-performing paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Linked In Ads, You Tube, and other relevant platforms. Handle campaign budgets, optimizing for performance and return on ad spend (ROAS). Conduct advanced keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to refine targeting and messaging. Create and oversee the development of compelling ad creatives, including ad copy, visuals, and landing pages in collaboration with design and content teams. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generate in-depth reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, while meeting defined KPIs. Stay ahead of digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and new ad features to drive innovation and performance. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the marketing department. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Campaign Manager, etc. Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and delivering strong campaign ROI. Deep understanding of ad metrics, tracking, and attribution models (e.g., first-click, last-click, multi-touch). Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Hotjar, Hub Spot, or similar. Strong copywriting and creative direction skills; ability to collaborate with content and design teams. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
