The NEW HEIGHTS seeks talented Sales Agents to join our team in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). As a Mortgage Advisor , you will play a pivotal role in helping clients secure the perfect mortgage solutions for their residential and commercial property financing needs. Requirements: Proficiency in English or a multilingual language is essential. A minimum of one year of experience in mortgage sales is required. Preferably, experience in navigating various bank policies is desired. A valid driver's license is mandatory, and having a car is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Education: Responsibilities: New business generation. Conduct thorough financial consultations with clients to understand their mortgage needs and financial goals. Relationship Management and networking with real estate companies. Deal directly with bank representatives. Pipeline Management and reporting. Achieve monthly targets. Maintain Client relationships and portfolios. Keep clients up to date with the status of their mortgage applications. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders. Engage in marketing, promotion, and business development activities in support of sales, including calling on real estate agents and brokers, financial advisors, and other potential referral sources.
