Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at Falcon Global General Trading LLC based in Dubai. The role will involve day-to-day HR tasks, including HR Management, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and benefits administration. Responsibilities Excellent interpersonal skills and good command of English. Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging and dynamic environment. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information. Employment law and compliance knowledge. Qualifications Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.
