Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Travel Coordinator to oversee travel logistics and support the end-to-end management of employee travel. This role ensures that all travel arrangements are cost-effective, compliant with company policies, and executed efficiently to support business operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel for employees, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa arrangements. Manage complete travel logistics: booking, itinerary planning, airport transfers, and travel-related documentation. Liaise with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and internal departments to ensure seamless travel experiences. Track and manage travel requests, approvals, and expenses in line with corporate travel policies. Provide support for last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergency travel needs. Maintain accurate travel records and prepare regular reports on travel activity and costs. Stay updated on visa requirements, health regulations, and regional travel advisories. Requirements: Previous experience in travel coordination. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities under pressure. Proficiency in travel booking platforms and MS Office tools. Knowledge of travel regulations and visa processes within the UAE and internationally. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
