Admin cum Sales Coordinator
Description
Job Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate office administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing files.Handle sales inquiries and customer requests promptly and professionally.Prepare sales quotations and follow up with clients to close sales.Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business goals.Prepare sales reports and update management on sales activities regularly.Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations and proposals.Assist in organizing marketing events and exhibitions to promote company products.Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in both sales and administrative roles, preferably in the UAE market. (Freshers are also welcome)Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Willingness to travel.Highly recommended for ladies who have their own visa. #J-18808-Ljbffr
