Your position As a Global Supply Chain Management Trainee , you will report directly to the Head of SCM, Procurement, and Commercial for the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa region and play an integral role in the team. You will: Assist in the development and implementation of best practices in supply chain management. Support logistics, performance management, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) , and supply planning activities. Contribute to the integration of technological solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in operations. Assist in managing relationships with stakeholders in our logistics department to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions. Work closely with the regional supply chain team to analyze key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement. Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to meet target service levels while minimizing excess inventory. Support the End-to-End (E2E) Value Chain transformation program . Your profile Your enthusiasm and creativity drive fresh ideas, both individually and with colleagues. With a hands-on mentality, structured approach, and sharp analytical skills, you want to challenge and improve the status quo. The hiring process for the Global Trainee Program 2025 takes place between April - July 2025, with multiple stages including CV screening, interviews, a personality questionnaire, and an assessment centre.
