Your position As a Global Supply Chain Management Trainee , you will report directly to the Head of SCM, Procurement, and Commercial for the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa region andplay an integral role in the team. You will: Assist in the development andimplementation of best practices in supply chain management. Support logistics ,performance management , Integrated Business Planning (IBP) , andsupply planning activities . Contribute to the integration of technological solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in operations. Assisting in managing relationships with stakeholders in our logistics department to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions. Working closely with the regional supply chain team toanalyse key performance indicators andidentify areas for improvement. Monitoring inventory levels andrecommending adjustments to meet target service levels while minimizing excess inventory. Supporting the End-to-End (E2E) Value Chain transformation program. Your profile Yourenthusiasm andcreativity drive fresh ideas, both individually and with colleagues. With ahands-on mentality ,structured approach , andsharp analytical skills , you want tochallenge andimprove the status quo.
