Key Responsibilities: HR Operations Management: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the HR department, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Employee Experience: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolution. Develop and implement programs to promote a positive workplace culture and employee well-being. Talent Management: Support the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and conduct interviews. Manage the performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback. Identify and address training and development needs to support employee growth and career advancement. Strategic HR Initiatives: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives. Lead HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee recognition programs, and organizational development efforts. Analyse HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Ensure the HR team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively support the organization. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the HR team. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership position. Proven experience in managing HR functions, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. Skills: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and labor laws. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
