Sr L&D Specialist

Our client is a large organization operating within the retail industry. They have a strong reputation for excellence and are renowned for their commitment to staff development. Their operations are based in Dubai, and they service a large customer base.Develop and implement learning and development strategies that align with the organization's goals.Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement.Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.Work with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage, deliver and evaluate learning and development programs.Measure the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes.Maintain understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods.Participate in budget development and program planning (such as HR improvement initiatives).A successful 'Sr L&D Specialist' should have: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist ideally within the retail industry.Strong understanding of learning management systems and web delivery tools.Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficient in written and spoken English.Strong decision-making skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
