3D Designer - Dubai, United Arab Emirates FREELANCE POSITION IMMEDIATE START FOR 1 MONTH, POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION MONDAY TO FRIDAY IN THE OFFICE About the Role As a 3D Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge 3D environments for events, exhibitions, and immersive experiences. You will lead the creative process, collaborate across teams, and ensure designs are both visionary and practical. Your work will directly shape the physical spaces where unforgettable moments happen. What You'll Do Design visually striking 3D environments, leading the development of event spaces, installations, and exhibition designs that are functional, engaging, and on-brand. Create technical drawings and renderings, producing high-quality 3D models, visuals, and presentations to communicate design intent to internal teams and clients. Collaborate across teams, working with project managers, creative directors, and production leads to ensure designs are feasible and executed to perfection. Present concepts to clients, articulating design ideas clearly and confidently in presentations and meetings. Stay ahead of trends by researching the latest in design technology, materials, and spatial innovation to keep LINKVIVA at the cutting edge. Oversee production implementation, working hand-in-hand with production teams to translate 3D designs into real-world builds with accuracy and attention to detail. Ensure compliance and quality, making sure all designs meet safety regulations, accessibility standards, budget parameters, and timeline requirements. About You You bring big ideas to life and turn spaces into experiences with a visionary approach. You possess mastery in 3D design software with a deep understanding of spatial planning, lighting, and materials. You are capable of leading design efforts, mentoring teams, and working closely with multiple departments. You are confident in presenting your concepts and defending your creative direction with clarity and enthusiasm. You thrive in fast-paced environments, maintaining precision across multiple projects. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in 3D design for events, exhibitions, or immersive experiences. Proficiency in Sketch Up, 3DS Max, Unreal Engine, Rhino, or similar software. Strong understanding of spatial design, lighting, and materiality. Experience leading projects and mentoring junior designers. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
