Senior Interior/Exterior Designer

Collaborating with clients to determine their goals and requirements for the space.Developing design concepts and mood boards to communicate ideas.Creating floor plans, furniture layouts, and 3D renderings.Selecting and sourcing materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.Coordinating and overseeing the installation of the design elements.Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the design vision is executed effectively.Keeping up to date with the latest design trends and industry developments.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field.Proven experience in interior design or a portfolio of completed projects.Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Sketchup, 3ds Max, and V-Ray.Strong knowledge of materials, color schemes, and furniture styles.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Knowledge of building codes and regulations.Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experiences: more than 3 years' experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
