Interior Designer

We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer.- Lead and manage the entire design process for interior design projects, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality designs.- Utilize your expertise in joinery, civil engineering, and MEP systems to integrate functional and technical elements into interior design plans.- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team in order to address client's needs.- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients.- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications, incorporating joinery, civil, and MEP requirements, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings, considering their suitability for joinery, civil, and MEP installations.- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies related to joinery, civil engineering, and MEP systems, and apply this knowledge to design projects.- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source and procure materials, products, and equipment required for joinery, civil, and MEP installations.- Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Desired Candidate Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, architecture, or a related field.- Minimum of 3-5 years of UAE experience in interior design, with a focus on joinery, civil engineering, and MEP systems.- Experience in handling software like Auto CAD, Photoshop, Revit, 3D Max, Sketch Up, and other relevant design software. #J-18808-Ljbffr
