Interior Designer

We are urgently looking for Interior Designer - (joinery and Fit Out experience is must).Job Description: Preparing detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings, pictures or 3Ds for production Preparing joinery Shop Drawings and as-built drawings for client/ consultant approval Checking plans, drawing and quantities for accuracy of calculations Developing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) when required Surveying sites and developing shop drawings and drafting when needed Coordinate with the Production Managers, Project Engineers, Designers and/or Clients for the necessary updates and changes required for shop drawings.Skills Required: -Ability to work well under pressure Highly flexible & adaptable Ability to work effectively with multicultural workforce Good knowledge about Auto CAD & detail drawings.Candidate should be familiar with DM regulations and standards.Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work Must have good practical organization skills, planning of resources and scheduling High proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketchup, 2D,3D and MS Office - all other IT proficiencies is a plus Education/Experience Required: -Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design and any related certifications is a plus At least 3-6 years of professional experience as a Draftsman in Interior fit-out/joinery Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design #J-18808-Ljbffr
