Responsibilities * Handle visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for new joiners and leavers * Draft and issue HR-related letters (e.g. salary certificates, NOCs, visa letters) * Support payroll by entering and checking relevant employee data * Assist with onboarding processes and documentation for new hires * Manage offboarding paperwork and coordinate exit interviews * Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies * Keep employee records and HR databases up to date * Coordination of applicants * Support in the handling of the employees’ payment * Conducting research about best practices and Searching candidates from Market. * Introduction of new staff into their work environment * Handle employee relations and provide support to employees on HR-related matters. * Monitor and manage leave and attendance records for all employees. * Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to manage candidate pipelines, provide job specifications, and ensure timely placements Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administrationor related field * Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR administration * Experience with HR documentation * Strong organizational and time management skills * Good communication skills (written and verbal) * High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information * Knowledge of UAE labor law is preferred * Ability to multitask * Strong interpersonal skills What We Offer * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company. * Professional development and career growth opportunities. * A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
