Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Sales Experience in the Real Estate Industry.Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes including managing the job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and shortlisting candidates.Ensure all job descriptions are up to date and compliant with the company requirements and industry standards.Support the recruitment process by conducting interviews along with the respective reporting manager.Assist in the onboarding process for new recruits.Conduct background and reference checks.Prepare offer letters/employment agreements for signature by the manager, candidate, and others as appropriate.Maintain employee records and ensure consistency and completeness.Ensure all HR policies are applied consistently.Manage the HR Department's phone and answer all queries efficiently.Develop and implement HR policies in line with company requirements.Organise team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.Skills Required: High degree of confidence.Understanding of the real estate industry.Proficient in MS Office.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong administrative and organisational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
