Job Title: Loan Processor - Arabic Speaker Location: Dubai, UAE Type: Outsourced Contract: 12 Months Salary: 6500 AED

Job Description

Day to day processing / delivery of Retail loans Transactions and after sales activities with the primary purpose of meeting agreed service standards and maximising productivity of the team.
Knowledge of personal loan finance, Auto loans & overdraft facility.
Knowledge of central bank rules for personal loans & Auto loans.
Knowledge of Consumer protection documents.
Responsible for Service Deliverability and adapting improvement/changes in line with the market/customer's feedback for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Compliance of statutes and internal operational procedures for effective transaction control.
Adhere to parameters for Risk assessment and control functions for smooth & risk-free processing in operating environment.
Provide appropriate relieving duties and support for others within the department.
