Job Title
Business Excellence & Analyst Specialist, Monitoring SystemsJob Description
Focuses on Funnel Management, prepares & consolidates monthly and quarterly forecasts, provides analytical data reports, and drives sales & operational performance initiatives. Your role:- Responsible for collection, analysis, and reporting of the sales related data in an ongoing effort to increase overall sales productivity.
- Manage Salesforce funnel, ensure data accuracy/hygiene is maintained, effectively enrich and grow business funnel.
- Develop, track, and monitor key performance indicators, and evaluate performance on a monthly basis.
- Aggregate and analyze funnel, sales data, and trends and provide reports in a timely manner.
- Coordinate, prepare, and consolidate monthly and quarterly business forecasts.
- Focus on sales productivity and goal attainment.
- Effectively incorporate customer delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through applying LEAN methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant majors.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in business and sales analyst, sales support roles preferably in the Medical Device Industry.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Advanced usage of Excel with strong reporting skills; strong experience in Salesforce or other CRM platforms is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Strong analytic, quantitative abilities, and problem-solving skills.
