Roles and responsibilities Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include: Facilitates, guides, and directs all department heads in selecting the optimum revenue opportunities for the cluster properties. Measures total revenue performance against strategy and targets and adapt current strategy as necessary. Actively monitors the competitive environment and elaborates revenue optimizing tactics and strategies in order to maximize Revenue Generation Index (RGI) To monitor changing market conditions and to assess the financial implications of market fluctuations on the property. Assist in the preparation of the annual Sales & Marketing budget and business plan taking into consideration Market Mix, Occupancy levels, Average Room Rate & Rev Par, Yield management and revenue streams throughout both rooms and food & beverage. Gives feedback on developing, implementing and managing rate structures and strategies through market data review and demand analysis. Manage all aspects of the reservations service and quality in the CRS, PMS and related systems Qualifications Previous senior leadership experience within Revenue Management in Cluster role required. Accor experience in UAE is required. University/College degree in a related discipline required. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. High degree of professionalism with leadership management and business acumen capabilities. Desired candidate profile A Cluster Revenue Manager is responsible for optimizing revenue across multiple properties or locations within a hotel group or brand. Here are key skills and competencies for this role: Revenue Management Expertise: Strong understanding of revenue management principles, including pricing strategies, forecasting, and demand analysis. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data trends, market conditions, and competitor pricing to make informed decisions. Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and profitability analysis to drive revenue goals. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and data analytics tools. Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop long-term revenue strategies that align with overall business objectives. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales, marketing, and operational teams and effectively present findings. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and rates with clients, travel agents, and corporate accounts. Market Knowledge: Understanding of local market dynamics, seasonality, and competitor landscape to position properties effectively. Attention to Detail: Careful management of pricing and inventory to maximize revenue opportunities. Adaptability: Flexibility to respond to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
