Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant in Hygiene and Scenting, you will be responsible for generating leads and managing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their hygiene and scenting needs. Your daily tasks will include:- Conducting surveys and assessments of clients' premises to recommend the best services
- Building and maintaining lasting customer relationships and partnerships
- Delivering outstanding customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction
- Meeting and exceeding set sales targets and performance KPIs
- Collaborating with colleagues for lead generation and team success
Requirements
What you need to succeed:
- A background in sales, preferably within the hygiene or facilities management industry
- Strong ability to connect with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with effective time management capabilities
- A valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
