HR and Admin Executive (For A Multinational Company) - Job ID : 1319971

A Multinational Company is looking for HR and Admin Executive Job Description / Responsibility A reputed multinational organization is seeking an experienced HR and Admin Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Laws, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage HR and administrative functions effectively in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

HR Compliance: Ensure HR practices align with UAE Labor Laws and other relevant regulations.
Employee Management: Handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
Administrative Operations: Manage daily administrative tasks, including maintaining records and ensuring smooth office operations.
Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce company policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
Visa & Work Permits: Oversee visa processing, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accurate documentation.
Business Licensing: Assist in renewing and updating trade licenses and other permits for operations.
Conflict Resolution: Address employee grievances and mediate disputes as per company policies.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of employee data and prepare business reports.
Training & Development: Organize training sessions and workshops to foster employee growth and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the UAE. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
Knowledge of visa documentation processes and UAE regulations.
Languages: Excellent English communication skills (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).

Other Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Requirements

Valid passport with a minimum of 12 months remaining validity and at least 2 blank pages.
International work experience is an added advantage.
