About Us: We are a dynamic and innovative payment service provider dedicated to delivering seamless and secure payment solutions to our clients. Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our market presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our payment solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals.
Identify and target potential clients through market research and analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our payment solutions.
Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and sales tools.
Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the payment service industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.
