noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform, launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE on December 12th, 2017, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done. noon's fastest hyper-local delivery platform, Noon Minutes, offers a localized assortment of FMCG & grocery products with delivery within 15-minutes. Currently live across the UAE, KSA, and Egypt, offering thousands of products to customers in record time. noon's mission: Ring every doorbell, every day.

What you'll do:

As a key member of the Ad Monetization team, you will help build and take to market a suite of exciting and innovative mobile advertising solutions for brands.
  • Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets defined for the assigned category/named brand accounts.
  • Own & build relationships for the assigned category with key brands by positioning noon's brand solutions suite.
  • Generate opportunities for Brands by presenting AD solutions with structure, best practice case studies, confidence, and compelling supporting data.
  • Develop new business by creating and regularly updating individual brand strategies.
  • Set up clear account management processes to leverage all available resources including Data, Optimization, Marketing, OPS, etc., to drive up advertiser's performance and investment.
  • Oversee campaign management of the ad portfolio of top clients, including onboarding, consulting, and meeting goals.
  • Stay abreast of current conditions and trends among brands and the industry and adjust priorities accordingly.
  • Work closely with marketing and operation teams to define new solutions and opportunity areas to grow the brand business.
  • Be responsible for end-to-end implementations and escalations for the named accounts.
  • Work with external-facing contacts including agencies and industry influencers.
  • Focus on metrics, analytics, and data-driven approaches to enhance the customer/brand experience on noon.

What you'll need:

  • Minimum 2-3+ years of work experience in online ad sales, business development, marketing, or consulting sales within the Middle East.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to connect with people across teams and levels.
  • Strong bias for action; noon works at a very rapid pace.
