Discover Top Restaurant Manager Vacancies in Dubai/UAEAs the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing the restaurant's budget and financial performance, and ensuring all supplies and stock meet requirements.Ensure supplies and stock meet requirements, advising the restaurant manager on necessary materials.Supervise restaurant opening and closing procedures.Uphold all restaurant policies, protocols, and health and safety regulations.Coordinate the operation of the restaurant.Ensure that kitchen, bar, and waiting staff are working effectively.Establish relationships with local attractions, restaurants, and other businesses to enhance guests' experiences.Set a positive example for guest relations.Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training.Maintain service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service areas.Supervise daily restaurant operations and assist with menu development.Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff.Represent the restaurant in a professional manner at industry events and community engagements.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
