Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in ERP solutions, specifically Odoo, to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP systems, proven experience in driving sales growth, and a passion for helping businesses improve their operations. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets. Identify new business opportunities, target industries, and potential clients to expand the ERP customer base. Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Proactively generate leads through networking, partnerships, and direct sales efforts. Manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups with prospects and clients. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and present ERP solutions tailored to them. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and managing any issues that arise. ERP Solutions Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Odoo ERP functionalities, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and demonstrate value to clients. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in ERP technology to guide clients effectively. Sales Presentations and Proposals: Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and workshops to educate clients about the ERP solution. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and agreements, addressing client-specific requirements and business needs. Collaboration and Team Leadership: Work closely with the marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and project delivery. Mentor and guide the sales team, helping them develop their skills and achieve their sales targets. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP sales, preferably with Odoo or similar platforms. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. Skills: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, with a strong preference for experience with Odoo ERP. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a client-focused approach. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP-related tools. Good communication skill in Arabic and English Language. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Odoo ecosystem or Odoo sales certification. Familiarity with SaaS and cloud-based ERP solutions.
