Job PurposeAssist in managing the external and internal brokerage network to promote and generate sales leads for Aldar projects.Roles & ResponsibilitiesPromote Abu Dhabi, Aldar, and Aldar Projects to Abu Dhabi Brokers.Coordinate and assist in conducting training sessions for external brokers on Aldar projects, unique selling points, and project-specific details to gain buy-in while building a strong relationship.Explore potential brokers, connect, and sign agreements to ensure a continuous working relationship between both parties.Grow and expand the local brokers database (AD) and maintain a healthy relationship.Continuously manage brokers and agents' inquiries; raise red flags to the line manager.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment on marketing and sales campaigns, products, rates, challenges, and lessons learned.Assist in conducting awareness/training sessions for the sales staff on international sales markets, challenges, and opportunities.Identify potential international markets for penetration to Vice President - Broker Management and Sales Support.Assist in managing the process of launching brokers sales events/roadshows and exhibitions in Abu Dhabi.Assess the challenges and penetration barriers for each potential market; recommend solutions and promotions to the line manager.Provide periodic reporting on the brokerage function's main metrics.Qualifications & ExperienceRELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCEMinimum of 4+ years of related experience.FIELD OF EXPERIENCEReal estate / Developer.TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLSKnowledge of Dubai Real estate market.Knowledge of major international real estate markets.Knowledge of competitors' products and USPs.Excellent negotiation skills.Excellent analytical skills.Excellent presentation skills.QUALIFICATIONBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
