We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead the technology vision of a rapidly growing scale-up. The ideal candidate will have a strong developer background and experience in modern architectures, particularly in Kubernetes and Microservices.Key Responsibilities:Lead the technology strategy, working closely with the executive team to ensure alignment with business goals.Contribute hands-on to development, with 20 percent of the role focused on building and scaling the technical environment.Oversee the implementation of a scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes and Microservices.Drive architecture and system design to support long-term growth and innovation.Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technology team.Manage technical risk, security, and ensure the stability of infrastructure as the company scales.Continuously innovate by adopting emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.Requirements:Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in a scale-up environment.Strong development background with hands-on experience in modern programming languages and frameworks.Expertise in Kubernetes, Microservices, and cloud-based infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).Success in building and scaling technical environments in a fast-growing company.Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and guide technical teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Please send your resumes to subramaniam@isss.org.uk.
