Executive Solutions is now partnering with a leading organization in the UAE hospitality industry to offer unique employment opportunities for the best Emirati talent. This opportunity will help launch or develop a career in hospitality, events and facilities management.Our client is seeking a Business Unit HR Specialist for their Corporate Office department. The role's purpose is to ensure HR programs and services are delivered professionally and effectively to the HR client base. It primarily delivers the organization's HR People Agenda on the front line, as well as consulting and advising line management on a broad range of day-to-day HR policy and people issues in order to foster and maintain positive employee relations & engagement levels within the workforce.The candidate should be able to guide and support the assigned business units for the execution of key HR policies and processes - including, but not limited to the following: Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, National Development, and Organization Structure. Additionally, the candidate should be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with People Managers across assigned business units and provide dedicated advisory and support for HR program delivery, ensuring effective 'two-way' communication flow between centralized HR and the business units.Language RequirementsEnglish - Fluent / ExcellentArabic - Very GoodJob SkillsThe candidate should also be able to liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to reach targets, and provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives and subsequently promote these initiatives and monitor responses.He/she must have a Degree Level Qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Management from a recognized university. Business Management degrees must include one or more modules related to Human Resource Management and/or Managing Operations, and a minimum of 4 years of progressive HR Management experience. This role is generalist in nature, and candidates must be able to demonstrate knowledge, understanding, and ability in all facets of HR. The candidate should have good computer knowledge and skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.) and fluency in English (Arabic language skills are desirable).
