Application Specialist Pharmacy Informatics

Essential Qualifications:Excellent communication skills and experience of conducting customer training, workshops and/or presentationsExcellent consultative skills with the ability to articulate and communicate ideasExperience interacting directly with customers, including clinicians, and confidently delivering strong messagingAt least 3 years' experience working in healthcare and a good understanding of clinical processesExperience with EMR systemsUnderstanding and experience with Hospital Information, Patient Administration (PAS), and Clinical Information SystemsExperience working in a Pharmacy role within a hospital environmentExperience contributing to a multi-disciplined teamExperience with writing functional documentsExperience in business process mappingKnowledge of Information SystemsDesirable Qualifications:Experience in communicating with key stakeholders at various levels within healthcare organisations, including government/public and/or private sector businessesExperience implementing software solutionsExposure to IT services in a customer-facing settingPrevious experience as an Application or Configuration SpecialistPrevious experience in change managementGood computer skillsExperience conducting software testing
