ResponsibilitiesSet the future vision of the role business analytics plays in the organization in line with the company's strategy and visionLead the Analytics Center of Excellence in the organization, consisting of various analytics functions, including: commercial, product and marketing analyticsDrive impact through establishing a "data beats opinion" mindset in the organizationBring transparency to strategic priorities and through reporting, and come up with recommendations to improve product, marketing or commercial performanceDevelop frameworks enabling us to solve complex business problems, lead building and implementing analytical modelsEstablish the single source of truth for critical KPIs across the entire organization, and influence critical stakeholders for usage of theseDiscover new opportunities to grow and optimize the business through analytics, modeling, and business case developmentManage a team of talented managers and senior managers across UAE and TurkeyDevelop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company and represent the function in cross-functional teams
