We are innovators committed to redesigning and improving public services to fulfil our purpose to impact a better future by Bringing National Visions to Life.Your OpportunityWe are looking for a Reward & Talent Analyst to support Serco Middle East Reward and Talent departmental strategies which ensure the business develops and offers innovative solutions to attract, motivate, and retain employees whilst ensuring cost effectiveness and appropriate market alignment.This position will extend support for the Governance lead in meeting the legislative, business, and technical needs of the overall business in Serco Middle East and wellbeing strategy. The position will also be responsible for data gathering, data analysis, data modelling, research, benchmarking, job evaluation, benefits management, insurance renewal, etc., and assisting in creating draft presentations for various SME projects. An ideal candidate should have the ability to be flexible and calm under pressure, manage changing priorities, and be proactive and driven with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to multitask.Key Accountabilities- Effectively and efficiently deliver analytics and support to the reward department as required through analysing high volumes of data from various sources and using it to build conclusions and support driving decisions.- Prepare and tailor the data to cater to internal requirements for compensation & benefits processes such as the annual salary review, salary structure refresh, benefits administration, and other group initiatives.- Maintain and update salary structure ranges and pay ranges through the reward database for all countries, business units, and contracts.- Provide support through insurance policy renewals (medical insurance, life insurance, and workers' compensation insurance, etc.) through, but not limited to, updating/managing census data, reviewing policy documents, and ensuring compliance with business requirements while following the assigned project implementation plan.- Participate in surveys and/or spot polls through providing inputs, collecting, and preparing pay data to support the reward department in the salary planning process and any salary benchmark activity.- Liaise with Business HR, Case Management, Helpdesk, Onboarding, Recruitment, and Support Services to ensure they are up to date on all reward and talent policies and processes.Specific Requirements- Degree and professional qualification in a relevant field, preferably with a minimum of 3-4 years of HR experience in Reward (Compensation & Benefits).- Ability to deal with sensitive information in a discrete manner and with integrity.- Expert proficiency with MS Excel with a focus on formulas, macros, and design for analysis.- Ability to handle large volumes of data requiring strong detail orientation skills to complete work accurately.- Possess strong mathematical skills and comfort with numerical analysis to effectively analyze data and create meaningful, understandable models, reports, metrics, dashboards, and charts.- Have a certificate in Job Evaluation from Korn Ferry.- Ability to learn and apply additional software skills as required.- SAP HCM Knowledge.- Able to work both independently and as part of a team with the ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels.- Good planning and organizing skills.- Good communication and presentation skills.What's in it for youAt Serco, our core values drive everything we do, and we believe in fairly compensating our colleagues for the value they bring to our organization.
