Al-Futtaim Group's entrepreneurship and relentless customer focus enables the organization to continue to grow and expand, responding to the changing needs of our customers within the societies in which we operate.By upholding our values of respect, excellence, collaboration, and integrity, Al-Futtaim Group continues to enrich the lives and aspirations of our customers each and every day.Overview Of The RoleAs a Solution Expert - SAP Employee Central, you will work as part of the application support team to assist with EC solution support and development activities, providing a dedicated and professional solution knowledge base, together with deployment and domain expertise.What You Will DoApplication Management:Manage, consult, teach, troubleshoot, setup, and maintain respective domain solutions to agreed service level standards.Investigate and develop specifications for system changes to handle workloads and high availability.Develop and maintain documentation for technical solution modifications.Solution Delivery:Work with internal and external implementation team members and partners to contribute to the development, testing, and deployment of solutions.Adhere to software development and maintenance standards by maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of internal and external development best practices.Estimate and deliver multiple project assignments and system change requests as per agreed resourcing and timelines with required quality.Other Key Responsibilities:Liaise with relevant managers and stakeholders in IT to ensure full collaboration and understanding on critical topics as one IT team.Contribute to the improvement of the solutions and business processes.Required Skills To Be Successful:Systems Development and Solution Design & Architecture.Infrastructure & Technology.Service Management.IT Quality Assurance.IT Project Management.Problem-solving.Logical thinking.Strong communication skills.What Equips You For The Role:College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.Must have 8+ years of Employee Central experience.BIB configuration & SAP HCM ECC & S4HANA experience is an added advantage.SuccessFactors PMGM, RCM, RMK, and Onboarding 1.0 experience is an added advantage.
