We are a specialist corporate & leisure travel management company that utilizes a wide range of quality and specially selected travel products and services to provide even the most discerning of travelers with a fully comprehensive travel service.ResponsibilitiesVisit potential customers for new business & maintain good relations with existing clients.Identify business opportunities.Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Listen to customer requirements & provide solutions to close sales.Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries.Act as a contact between the company and its existing/new potential markets.Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.Minimum RequirementsTwo years' experience in outdoor Agency Sales.Strong communication skills with strong business-related knowledge.The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.Should possess the skill to work both in a team and also perform independently.Should be capable of thriving in competitive markets.Confident and authoritative speaker.Strong presentation skills.About The CompanyEstablished in the 1930's, the Al-Futtaim Group initially operated as a trading enterprise.
