Key Responsibilities:Product Manager with expertise in NetSuite Human Capital Management (HCM) Solutions to lead the development, implementation, and management of our HCM product offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, NetSuite HCM solutions, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business solutions. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and deliver high-quality solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.Product Strategy and Planning:Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including market research, product planning, and roadmap development.Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to drive product innovation and competitive differentiation.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high-quality NetSuite HCM solutions.Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership and clients.Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and work closely with development teams to deliver winning products.Product Development and Performance Monitoring:Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product.Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery by working closely with engineering teams.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in NetSuite HCM and HR technologies.Market and Client Insights:Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.Develop and maintain deep expertise in NetSuite HCM and HR solutions.Implement processes for continuous product improvement and iteration.Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product.Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery by working closely with engineering teams.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on HCM or HR technology solutions.Strong understanding of HR processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, and employee engagement.Proven experience with NetSuite HCM implementation and management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
