Head of FCL - MEA

You will be functionallyresponsible for the regional FCL P &L.You will execute the global core carrierstrategy.You will drive the corporate tradestrategy together with the MEA Trade and countryteams.You will define trade strategies inconjunction with Global and executes the same with the MEA Tradeand country teams.You will ensure that thecountries adhere to the carrier budgets.Youwill ensure that the regions and countries have Trade budgets setup and adheres to it.You will negotiatecontracts with the ocean carriers both on short and longterm.You will drive improvement in Yield andAllocation Mng through process change andautomation.You will optimize the businessbased on Yield management with the MEA Trade and countryTeams.You will actively manage relationshipswith ocean carriers.You will take personalownership of our large customers from a productperspective.You will coordinate and align thecommercial approach together with OCC and Sales andMarketing.You will support the regional aswell as local OCC organization on RFQs.Youwill oversee large tenders and ensures efficient execution with allstake holders.You will make decisions aboutfinancial risk taking on a broader global scale incl. VIDdistribution and set up.You will beresponsible for the Route Development in thecountries.You will sponsor various largecustomers in the region.You will reportfunctionally to the Global Head of FCL and to the Regional Head ofOceanFreight.Now,here's what we need fromyouMust be able to travelinternationally ca. 30%Min. 10-15 years ofexperience in the OFR forwarding industryUsedto work in a multinational environment and in a largecorporationSeasoned manager with successfultrack recordEstablished name in the carrierindustry and well connectedGood customercontacts INT
