MBBSEducationAtleast 3-5 years ofexperienceDOHLicense/PasserCurrent BLS, PHTLS, ACLSrequiredResponsibilities:Works with Health and Safety team andprovides support in health and safety relatedmattersConsults with patients, prescribingmedicine and leading propertreatmentCoordinates and supervises the sitehealth teamMaintains record of vaccination andprovides guidance with vaccination based on the vaccinationprotocols of the assigned siteCoordinates withthe site medical facility and arranging the facility for regularinspection by the health authorityAssists inincident investigations and nearmissesProvides daily medical guidance on staffhealth issuesEnsures the privacy of thepatient's interests and wellbeing at all times includingpatient confidentialityShares specialistclinical knowledge with colleagues and be involved in the deliveryof ongoing training, education, and support ofcolleaguesActively participates in identifyingHealth and Safety risk issuesAccesses andensures effective use of the language systems required for peoplewith language or communicationbarriersResponsible and accountable fordecisions made relating directly to patient care requirements,following clinical consultation andassessmentIdentifies and responds toLife-Threatening cases and arranges appropriate Ambulance servicewith available medical facilityAdvises HSE& Management for potential health risks ofemployeesEnsures all arrangements for thepatient to be further examined/treated by the particular careprovider or hospitals, should onward referral berequiredEnsures highly personal, delicate,confidential reports are handled properly in accordance withexisting protocolsParticipates in regularformal and informal communications with team members and othermembers of the Health and SafetydepartmentPerforms and maintains health andhygiene inspectionParticipates in Fire& Safety other Emergency evacuationdrill INT
