Therefore, if you are up for the challenge of working within this very dynamic and challenging team to help OFA reach new record levels of success, then the Product Specialist - Engineered Solutions could be right for you.Reporting to the Engineered Solutions Product Manager you will form an integral part of a growing Marketing team. In this challenging position, you will perform two critical functions:Support the Customer Centers in daily operations, responding to queries & technical questions for non-standard centrifugal compressors, screw compressors, and air treatment solutions, focusing on Modular products.Provide proposals and proposal support for Customer Centers for projects in early bidding phases (Feasibility, FEED), to maximize Atlas Copco's chances of success in any eventual OTP (order to place) stage.For the support part:Be in direct contact with our Customer Centers around the globe to support their efforts to grow non-standard business.Serve as the primary techno-commercial expert for 'M'-series Modular centrifugal compressors, screw compressors and air treatment solutions.Answer all relevant questions in a swift and professional manner.Create training materials and perform training for our customers and customer centers.Support the development of various quoting and selection tools.Support the Product Manager in preparing product launches.Ensure all necessary sales materials are available via the relevant platforms (Show pad, Business portal, SharePoint, Viva Engage, etc.).Be in close contact with ES Proposals, Engineering, and Contracting teams, and Segment Manager, Energy and Petrochemicals.Build strong internal relationships with Standard Marketing colleagues and Product Company teams.Willingness to occasionally travel abroad for training customer centers and meeting customers.For the proposal support part:Prepare budgetary proposals in responsible product range.Provide input and maintenance of comments and exceptions resources related to responsible range.Respond to technical queries in coordination with our CCs for budgetary proposals.Track quotation activity, Win/Loss hit rate, and perform Lost Order Analysis. Maintain project reference lists.Ad-hoc activities at the discretion of the Product Manager, EngineeredSolutions.To succeed, you will need Experience & KnowledgeTeam player with good communication skillsStrong presentation skills and an attention to detailAble to work independently and as part of a team.Oil-free centrifugal compressors and screw compressors knowledge is a required.Previous sales, marketing or field experience is an asset.Project selling experience via Contractors / EPC's is an asset.EAP, Air Separation, Power Generation, or Chemicals segment knowledge is an asset.Dryer and Nitrogen package knowledge is an asset.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.Educational RequirementsUniversity degree - technically or commercially oriented or similar through experiencePersonality RequirementsPro-active with good interpersonal skills, strong in communication and people oriented.Customer oriented: to be able to establish relations and networks with people inside and outside the organization, throughout the various organizational levels and of different cultures.Result driven: have a drive for result which means that you put in the ambition and the effort to achieve results and accept accountability.The right personality to join the customer-oriented culture of the Oil-free Air DivisionWilling to travel on regular basis mainly China/Korea/Japan, Middle East, India, and the USOpen, dynamic, and strongly business focused.Willing to make an international career.Team player.In return, we offer youAtlas Copco is a Swedish company, the Swedish human culture continues to flow through the veins of our 38,000 employees in more than 90 countries.
