•To manage the SEO campaigns for clients, maintain relationships, and consult with clients on developing their websites for best practice SEO•You will serve as the primary contact for the client and are responsible for client satisfaction•Proficient with research, analysis, data mining tools and competitive analysis - able to speak intelligently about process and present high level information to clients•You would be responsible for clients SEO Campaigns looking after the Strategy, Planning, Reviewing clients current sites, Developing an optimisation plan, Making changes necessary to the site and implementing the plan, Reporting on success and activity to clients, Liaising with management team and Developing long term relationships with your key clients as well as collaboratively working with the Online Marketing Team.•The SEO manager is also responsible to utilizing social media to drive business.•The SEO manager will be responsible for pay-per-click advertising campaigns. The account manager tests the advertising campaign, copyedits the advertisements and builds other strategies to optimize the number of clicks on ads. They may conduct research into the type of consumers that visit the website. They may also incorporate keywords in to the ad campaigns.•Working with client services team and management to handle account management, plan development & implementation and all deliverables.•Ensure continuous monitoring of the client budget and reporting monthly expenses/hourly billing in a timely manner. •4+ years of SEO and campaign management experience, including a knowledge of internet, search, social and content marketing services•Bachelor's degree is required•Proven experience building long-term, sustainable client relationships; partnering with clients to clarify business needs and identifying creative solutions that add value•Ability to acquire and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies such as SEO, social media, content and local search marketing•Ability to operate in a team-based, dynamic and evolving structure that supports organic growth•The ability to help define and build internal processes to make our business more efficient•Ability to present results and recommendations directly to clients•Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with equally strong presentations skills and ability to communicate effectively at the C-Suite level•Knowledge of Google Analytics, Raven, Open Site Explorer and other SEO industry tools a plus•Self-motivated with an enthusiasm for the web industry and technologies•Critical thinking and problem solving•Goal oriented with positive attitude and high energy•Expertise in suite of Products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint•Team leading experience About The Company HR Source Consulting is a premier Human Resources Consultancy that provide clients across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) with expert human resources planning and solutions.
