Perform regular and systematicaudits of automotive service centers, workshops, and technicians toevaluate their compliance with industry standards, manufacturerguidelines, and company policies.Assess thequality of service provided by automotive technicians, ensuringthat repairs and maintenance are performed accurately andefficiently, and that customer service standards aremet.Ensure that automotive service centersadhere to relevant regulations, manufacturer guidelines, companypolicies, safety standards, environmental policies, and legalrequirements. Maintain detailed audit recordsand prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings,highlighting areas of non-compliance, and recommending correctiveactions.Identify opportunities for processimprovement and efficiency enhancement within automotive serviceoperations, fostering continuous improvement in servicequality.Stay up-to-date with the latestautomotive technologies, tools, and diagnostic equipment to ensurethat service centers are equipped with the necessary resources forefficient and accurate repairs.Analyzecustomer feedback and complaints related to automotive servicequality and evaluate how service centers effectively addressesthese issues and improve customersatisfaction.
