Implement new designs/upgrades toexisting systems.Assist in development andmaintenance of procedures, standards, and controls to ensure theintegrity, reliability, and security of the hospitals informationassets.Familiar with pertinent process andprocedures and related programming practices, software, andhardware to provide required analysis of usersproblems.Test and debug computer programsmaintained internally, or software patches & Fixes sent bysoftware Vendors before placing it to productionenvironment.Interact with end-users totransform their business requirements into functionalspecifications and to pass it to Technical Staff or Softwarevendors.Participate in the development oftraining materials and assist in conducting training and workshopto endusers for the use of computerapplications.Participate in analyzing currentand proposed departmental / user softwaresystems.Work with clinical end users todocument business processes and guide them through complexapplication functionality.Interact withhardware and software vendors/contractors to solve installation,configuration and operational problems. Identify problem trends andprovide information that can be used to eliminate recurringproblems.Implement application security andcreate user access& user menus asrequired.Assist in developing training plansand delivery of trainingprograms
