We are seeking a highly motivatedFemale Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic teamwith an attractive package.Developand implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achievecompany objectives.Reach out to clients topmanagement to close the business.Identify andpursue new business opportunities by effectively networking andreaching out to potential clients.Build andmaintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels ofcustomer satisfaction and retention.Lead thesales team by providing guidance support and motivation to achievesales targets.Collaborate with the marketingteam to develop innovative marketing strategies aligned with salesobjectives.Conduct market research to identifytrends competitor activities and opportunities forgrowth.Prepare and present regular sales andmarketing reports to top management highlighting key performanceindicators and areas for improvement.Representthe company at industry events conferences and exhibitions topromote our products/services and expand ournetwork.Stay uptodate with industrydevelopments and best practices to continually enhance sales andmarketing strategies.Fluent in Arabic& English with a preference for candidates of Arabicnationality.Requirements:Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business Administration or relatedfield.57 years of experience in sales andmarketing.Proven track record of achievingsales targets and driving businessgrowth.Strong leadership skills with theability to inspire and motivate a salesteam.Excellent communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to build rapport with clients andcolleagues.Outgoing personality with apresentable approach suitable for representing the company invarious settings.Ability to work effectivelyunder pressure and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office andCRM software.Flexibility to travel asneeded.JobType:FulltimeEducation:Bachelors(Required)This job hasbeen sourced from an external job board.More jobson
