The opportunity We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant with a total experience of 5+ years who can understand business requirements and other technical specifications, to join our rapidly expanding Technology Consulting team. Key Profile Requirements : Qualified Chartered Accountant , CMA or equivalent qualification. 5+ years of experience, with Oracle Fusion Finance, preferably with big 4 and/or financial industry Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies. Maintenance and enhancements to existing Fusion Financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management Participate in design reviews and discussions. Map client requirements against Oracle EBS/Fusion Financial Modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management Should be able to interpret functional requirements from onsite and able to deliver and design it from offshore Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs Prepare quality deliverables Prepare test scripts and test cases Conduct trainings Prepare quality deliverables Support Project Management Office (PMO) Bilinguals preferred. Key Responsibilities: Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables Technical Design, Identification and Implementation of re-usable assets/components Identification of root causes and providing necessary technical solution and implementation Contribution to process review and improvement Deliver PoCs, Mentoring team Implement best practices, following development life cycle process What we look for Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
