Procurement Officer

- Conduct product/service/vendor research and evaluation of proposals
- Manage and maintain supplier relationships
- Negotiate contracts and other agreements with suppliers
- Ensure that all purchases are of sufficient quality and delivered on time
- Handle and resolve any issues with procured services or products
- Prepare tender documents, review results, and analyze the bidding process
- Monitor and track performance of vendors and contracts
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and expenses
- Utilize various software solutions to manage contracts and verify inventory
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or related field
- Knowledgeable in sourcing, contract management, procurement regulations, and laws
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP/supply chain systems, and other related software solutions
