Role Description We are looking for a high-performing and dynamic sales professional with extensive experience in Enterprise B2B Software Sales in the Banking industry. The Sales Director will be a full-time remote or hybrid role based in UAE. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. The role will involve managing a team, establishing metrics and targets, building sales pipelines, negotiations, customer service, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The Sales Director’s responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. The Sales Director’s duties will also include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends. Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Cross-sell and upsell with existing clients.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of selling Enterprise B2B Software to banks in the Middle East
  • Experience in managing Sales Operations and Teams
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a must
