Our client is seeking an accomplished and results-oriented Head of Sales to spearhead their sales operations within a leading business setup consultancy. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of UAE business setup regulations, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-oriented culture.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Stay updated on UAE local authorities regulations, ensuring compliance and streamlined operations.
Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and enhance sales performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the business setup or corporate services sector.
Strong understanding of UAE business setup processes, regulations, and local authority procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Target-driven mindset with a history of achieving and surpassing KPIs.
Western education is highly advantageous.
Exceptional networking, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
