As a Digital Strategy and Solutions Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital innovation and supporting the execution of comprehensive media strategies that align with our clients' objectives. Your role will be to drive solutions at the intersection of technology, insight and media. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions and uphold industry best practices in programmatic advertising and data solutions. Job Description: Key responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the CDO, with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Head of Technology & Media.
  • Assist in developing and executing comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with clients' objectives.
  • Support with the process of building technical responses for client pitches and maintain a library of reusable assets.
  • Champion digital innovation and thought leadership within the organization and outside. Ensuring recognition of our solutions and strategies in industry thought leadership and awards.
  • Work closely with the programmatic team to identify and capitalize on supply-side opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards in programmatic advertising and data solutions.
  • Collaborate with client services teams to develop compelling digital media solutions and presentations demonstrating business value and ROI.
  • Document and articulate product and solution requirements; create business cases for technology solution needs in partnership with the Programmatic Leads and the Head of Products and Partnerships.
  • Provide oversight on digital product and solution projects to ensure timely development and implementation.
  • Support agency teams in effectively utilizing products and solutions to demonstrate business value to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance product/solutions rollout and usage, establishing best practices for each phase.
  • Build strong internal relationships to gain a deep understanding of the evolving business landscape.
  • Assist in developing go-to-market strategies encompassing product/solution vision, positioning, and pricing.
  • Contribute to creating training programs and materials for internal teams on the use of technology products, as well as client onboarding materials.
