The role ‘specs’ Position: Outbound Software Sales Executive Location: Remote Languages: Proficient in English, Arabic is a plus Experience: Minimum of 5 years in outbound B2B software sales Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the entire sales process, from outbound lead generation to closing deals.
  2. Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to prospective clients.
  3. Qualify incoming leads and guide them through the sales pipeline.
  4. Establish and refine sales processes, including creating and tracking outbound campaigns.
  5. Maintain and optimize HubSpot for pipeline tracking and reporting.
  6. Monitor and analyze email open rates and campaign performance.
  7. Employ a value-based sales approach, addressing customer needs and negotiating solutions.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  9. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to influence product development.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of success in outbound B2B software sales, preferably in sustainability or cleantech.
  2. Demonstrated ability to manage outbound lead generation and deal closure.
  3. Experience building structured sales processes and analyzing performance.
  4. Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  5. Strong understanding of sales metrics and optimization strategies.
  6. Exceptional time management and goal-setting skills.
  7. Ability to assess opportunities and make strategic decisions.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Adaptable to the fast-paced needs of a startup environment.
