Job Responsibilities • Maintain and optimize our alumni and donor databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. • Evaluate the performance of advancement campaigns and alumni engagement efforts to identify successful strategies. • Design and execute analytical business A/B tests to optimize campaign elements and strategies. • Develop surveys to gather insights from our alumni and donors. Analyze survey data to inform decision-making. • Advocate for a data-driven culture within the OAAA, ensuring all decisions are based on solid data and analytics. • Collaborate with team members to enhance and implement efficient systems and workflows. • Create clear and insightful reports to track the efficiency of existing processes and initiatives. • Utilize business intelligence skills for data validation, modeling, and the development of relevant business procedures. • Identify challenges and provide innovative solutions to enhance our advancement efforts. • Play a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive systems and structures to support the advancement team. • Ensure the advancement program effectively tracks and analyzes donor data to enhance cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts. • Analyze factual information to streamline workflows, solve problems, and anticipate team needs. • Provide recommendations and targeted training to improve the use of advancement systems. • Liaise with various departments to align gift processing, data collection, reporting systems, and business processes with stakeholder needs. Qualifications and Skills Required • Bachelor’s degree in related field: Business, Data Analytics, or Information Systems. • Strong business intelligence skills, including data analysis and system analysis. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop and implement efficient systems. • Proficiency in data management and database software. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proven experience in A/B testing, survey design, and data analysis. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications and Skills • Familiarity with donor tracking and stewardship practices. • Experience in an advancement or fundraising setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
